Gustavo Alvarez
Master and performer of Argentine Tango and Folk Dances, trained at the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA) in Buenos Aires. He was part of the permanent casts of the University, the Folkloric Ballet, and the Tango Company, and has been Champion of Tango Salón in La Plata, semifinalist in the World Tango Championship, and finalist in other competitions in Argentina, as well as an international competition judge.
He has performed on prestigious stages such as Teatro Colón, El Viejo Almacén, and El Querandí in Argentina; in Turkey with the Argendance Company; in South Korea, participating in the K-drama "Eve / Víspera" (available on Netflix); and at Orchard Hall in Tokyo, Japan. He has developed a training plan with hundreds of sessions for instructors and aspiring regional champions, and has actively collaborated with the Argentine Embassy in Japan
Group : winner of the 2024 Pacific Tango Championship in Seoul, South Korea.
